We loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was close to transportation, supermarkets, and even a tram museum. The room was spacious, clean, and well-lit. The staff was helpful and provided luggage storage.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Great location near concert venues, public transportation, and supermarkets. Spacious and clean rooms with beautiful paintings on the walls. Helpful staff and luggage storage available.
Motion-activated bathroom and hallway lighting can be frustrating. Staff invasion and unexpected charges for a second guest showed lack of decency and communication skills.

Convenient Location and Helpful Staff
The hotel was located in a good area with several supermarkets nearby. The staff was also very helpful and willing to assist with any questions or concerns we had during our stay. They were very friendly and made us feel welcomed.
The reservation process was terrible. After my friend came unexpectedly to stay with me, the reception staff invaded our room in the morning and forced us to pay an extra fee that was not stated on the website. The staff was rude and unprofessional, with no decency or desire to find a solution to the situation. Additionally, the motion-activated bathroom and hallway lighting was extremely frustrating and annoying. It kept turning on and off at the wrong times, and the placement of the soap dispenser caused soapy water to drip onto the bathroom floor. It was not a pleasant experience overall.
